Chloe Kolos - Account Executive 

Chloe is a young public relations professional with The Alliance Group, bringing a fresh perspective to the team. Chloe graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025, where she earned the PR Faculty Award in recognition of her academic excellence and dedication to the field. With over five years of experience in event planning, she has developed a sharp eye for detail and a talent for creating engaging, well executed experiences. She is especially drawn to crisis communication that requires thoughtful messaging and strong problem solving skills.

Chloe develops press materials, social media content, and public-facing collateral for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, small businesses, and nonprofits. Chloe leads and assists with media outreach efforts, represents client organizations at in-person events, and manages digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. 

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys staying active and prioritizing wellness through Pilates, dance, Barre, and swimming. She loves exploring Richmond and is always on the lookout for new restaurants, wineries, breweries, and local events. Known for her outgoing personality, she values spending time with good company and embraces every opportunity to connect, making her a true social butterfly.
